What we do with what you send.
This site collects one thing: what you type into the enquiry form. Nothing else is gathered, stored or sold.
- Who we are

- What we collect
- Only what you enter in the enquiry form: your name, your
organisation, your email address and your message. Our server also
sees the country your request came from, which Cloudflare derives from your
IP address, and includes it in the enquiry so we know roughly where you are
writing from.
There are no analytics, no advertising trackers and no cookies set by this site. - Why, and on what basis
- To read your enquiry and reply to it. Nothing else. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests — responding to someone who has deliberately contacted us about our services. If you would rather not use the form, email us directly; it reaches the same place.
- Where it goes
- Cloudflare serves this site and processes the request.
Resend delivers the enquiry to us as an email. Resend is based in the United States, so submitting the form transfers your message outside the UK.
IONOS hosts our mailboxes, where the enquiry then sits.
We do not pass anything to anyone else, and we do not sell or share data for marketing. - How long we keep it
- Enquiries live in our email, and we keep them while a conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards in case it resumes. Nothing from the form is written to a database — the server holds it only for the moment it takes to send the email.
- Your rights
- You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to us holding it at all. Email enquiries@mocr.tech and we will acknowledge within 30 days.
- Complaints
- If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, tell us first — we would rather fix it. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
- Fonts
- Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google sees your IP address when the page loads. We are moving these to our own server to remove that.
